지주(Landowner)와 별도의 특수목적 법인(SPC)를 설립하여 최대 토지대의 확보 및 해당
토지의 부동산 개발/매각, 임대 등 개발사업 전과정을 함께 수행하는 프로젝트를 말함.
이 과정에서 더스퀘어아이앤디는 개발프로젝트 관리업무(PM)뿐만 아니라 증여/상속 등
